but since this is steroid-based, I was advised to apply it twice a day for two weeks and when it recurred twice a day for three weeks. But only a week of from the lotion, seb derm seems to be back again... ;-(
Can you suggest a more effective medicine that would make me rest from seb derm longer without the harmful effects of steroids???

Discuss this with your dermatologist. There is no single effective way of treating seborrheic dermatitis as it is a chronic skin condition which may resolve and recur given specific triggers.
