Should I be worried about small red dots on my legs, arms, and torso?

These red dots, appearing on my left foot and tops of toes, and sporadically on my left leg, torso, and both arms, began appearing while I was on antibiotics for a cellulitis infection in my left foot. They started as bright red dots ranging in size from 1 mm to 3 mm. Two of them on my lower left leg, and one on my left upper arm have turned brown. The others are still red. Note; after taking 3 different antibiotics over 25 days, the infection in my left foot still appears to be present, though greatly improved. I have finished all antibiotics and my doctor did not tell me to come back for another follow up visit. There has been no change in my foot, as far as amount of swelling or area of redness, since 5 days before I finished antibiotics, but more red dots have appeared on my feet since I finished the antibiotics. Should I be worried?
