Skin Care

I am almost 50 years old, have dry skin, brown spots on my face from early years using tanning beds and the sun and am showing little wrinkles between the brows, smile line and crows feet by the eyes.  I did go to a Aesthetician  for some regiment to use on my face since I have really never used skin care products.  The product that was recommended for my face and the issues I mentioned was Obagi System by NU-Derm.  I went with my girlfriend to her Dermatologist and who has the same problems as I and they recommended Revalskin cleanser, SkinCeuticals serum 15, Ultimate UV SPF 30, B5 Gel and Neova Creme De La Copper to her and I.  I would like your opinion as to which products are the best for my issues.

Hello,
Getting a microdermabrasion is an additional benefit but you should get it done from a qualified cosmetologist and that only after consulting your dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thank you for your quick response.  I was assuming the second one would be the best since it did come from a dermatologist.  If the second one helps with fine lines and brown spots due to Sun do you also recommend a microdermabrasion treatment?  I actually thought the microdermabrasion treatment does the same as the skin care treatment.  These treatments are a little expensive for me to keep up; however I did find a system that I could purchase Crystalift microbrasion if it will be beneficial and needed?

Hello,
You can use any of these regimens as both are meant for aged skin. The second regimen is a complete skin care program and is beneficial. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
