Bumps on penis

I am 24 year old healthy man,un married.About 6 months ago a dot appeared on my penis glans it has spread and has covered most part of my penis glans.it doesn't itch much but sometimes when it is dry.when dry it feels like a wounds but very little itching.
when lubricated properly it doesnt itch.
I regular masturbate.
it has shiny look and while bathing it takes a whitish colour please help.

Hi and welcome. If youve had unprotected sex, it could be  fungus infection. These are topical infections. It could be a yeast or balantis. You might want to see a doctor to get check out.
