Wart Curettage

Has anybody had experience with wart curettage? I've tried home remedies with little success...and there are almost two dozen medium to large warts on my hands. It's becoming an issue.

My questions are mainly pertaining to cost, how much and how are the charges applied. Per removal of each wart, etc.

Also, is this generally covered by insurance?
