Skin melanoma ?

I have this black mole like irregularly shaped growth in the foreskin of my penis. It looks to have a irregular shape and bumpy. I have no itching or pain or puss of any kind. It has been there for almost 10 years. I read this article about skin melanoma and was concerned. Thanks for your replies.

Looks like a dysplastic nevus (Photo not clear). Only thing is that you need to watch it. Do get an opinion from a derm and a dermoscopy will put your mind to rest.
