Skin on Penis near Head Swells Sometimes with Masterbation

3 times in the last month, i've noticed that when i masterbate (sometimes, not always), the skin on the right side of the shaft of my penis, close to the head of the penis, swells up alot.

I'm not sure if this is some type of STD or skin irritation.

Sometimes i fall asleep after masterbating and could that be irritating my skin if i don't get up and take a shower???

STD likely?

Please advise your thoughts

Your genitals are supposed to swell when you are aroused.Even on women, breasts swell and their vagaina. You should notice the swelling goes down after about 10-20 minutes after you have masterbated.
I would only worry if  a noticeable rash or something, but just swelling doesnt sound like anything less then normal. Never heard of an Std that causes swelling.
You do not need to shower after unless it makes you feel better.Sex is not dirty.

Ok I was on an antibiotic named cipro it was for a bacteria in my blood after taking it I noticed my penis and balls where really red and itchy. Anyways after that went away me and my girl had sex. I notices inside here my head burnt alittle but she put it in when she wasn't that wet. After we were done I noticed that my skin near the head was red and swollen. Is it the meds doc???
