Skin on head of penis peeling

Recently i had an encounter with a female that did not lead to vaginal intercourse but it lead to oral sex and there was alot of 'dry humping'. The head of my penis became very tender and painful to touch and i found that normal because of the friction on cloth, but that was 3 days ago and today when i went to the restroom i noticed the entire head of my penis was dry and peeling. Is this a result of the friction and irritation or could it be something more serious? How do i go about treating it?

It looks like chafing to me. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
