Thank you, I guessed i might be right. They are not yellow at all really. I tried to pop one and nothing came out but blood really. There are only two and they are on either inner thigh.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be molluscum contagiosum(as you have guessed),sebaceous cysts or skin tags.

Molluscum contagiosum is a common, benign, self limiting viral infection of the skin. Treatment includes physical destruction or manual extrusion of the lesions, cryotherapy, and curettage.Sebaceous cysts are swollen, blocked grease glands that look like yellowish pimples. They occur  in dozens or more. If they become infected, they can be treated.

No treatment is required for any of these. But if however they start growing in size or become itchy or painful then a dermatologist,s opinion is required.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted if you have any additional queries
