Small Reddish/Brown Pinpricks on the tips of my pointer fingers

Over the past week I have noticed tiny brownish pinpricks appearing under the skin of my pointer fingers.  It first occurred on the left hand, in a small triangle shaped cluster, and now it is appearing in a similar shape on the right hand pointer finger.  It causes no pain, and they do not turn white when I press on them.  They are very tiny, and at first I thought my finger was dirty, or had a contact rash.  But after washing, and manipulating the skin on my fingertip, i can see they are under the surface of my skin.  

What can this be?

It can be a small nevus under the skin,petechiael spots or Janeway’s lesion which is a non-tender, small erythematous lesion on the palms or soles only a few millimeters in diameter that are suggestive of infective endocarditis of the heart. I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get this possibility ruled out.
