It can be a small nevus under the skin,petechiael spots or Janeway’s lesion which is a non-tender, small erythematous lesion on the palms or soles only a few millimeters in diameter that are suggestive of infective endocarditis of the heart. I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get this possibility ruled out.
