Small brown marks on penis

Hello, I have recently found a few brown marks on my penis and want to help identify what they are.

I'm 25 white male and these marks are somewhat recent (Within the past few months). I haven't had any unprotected sex with anyone for the past few years and these definitely weren't there at the start of this year. Most of these marks are underneath my penis, with 1 being on top. They are not sore, itchy, raised or anything else, they are flat and look as if they're part of the skin. Some of them start to vanish when the foreskin is stretched, but some of them are persistent.

Here are 3 pictures 1 of which is attached (The 1 which is attached is the mark which is on top of my penis), I hope by looking at them you will be able to tell me what they are.

These brown marks can be due to Fordyce spots or other skin conditions like lichen planus. Fordyce spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. However to confirm the diagnosis, get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
