Small clear bumps on neck
I am a 22 year old female who has suffered from scalp dermatitis for years. After using Rx shampoo it has been better. The past two weeks I've had tiny tiny clear bumps on the back of my neck that are beginning to itch. They are not red and don't look irritated. I can't tell if they'll fluid filled because I don't want to go popping them. What could this be?
