Small hard lumps in Pimples

I have been getting these all my life, and cannot find proper info online. I just removed one on my thigh and it started to bleed a lot and left a large hole in the area, but once I remove them they heal overnight. It starts as a ingrown hair, or pimple. I can pinch it a few times and get clear fluid out, and if I leave it a few days it scabs over.

Well this one scabbed over and I picked the scab and there was a hard/rubbery lump underneath. I wipe away the blood and pinch and this hard rubber like small ball of white comes out, then it bleeds a lot of leaves this large hole the size of a nail head behind. This time the ball is very hard and cannot even be cut with nail clippers, sometimes the ball can be smooshed with my fingers and some fiber comes out like a mass of white soft hairs. I have no lack in hairs, but would like to know what these things are, and if I can get rid of this without poking myself with needles or pinching until I bleed all over. Please help.

I get a small lump on my arm like a mosquito bump, I squeeze it and a small rubbery ball comes out and then it scans over, it always comes back maybe every 6 months, same spot for the last 10 years! That is weird!

That sounds similar but they are not always gooey, or soft. Some are hard like rubber. They happen anywhere on the body. Some have stringy white excretions, but none smell, ever. They are small, and never swell large. Some have a fiber in them like it's the hair follicle coming out. Most of the time it looks like small lumps of fat coming out of a hole.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms that you have described sound like that of a sebaceous cyst. It is filled with a soft, whitish brown material that sometimes oozes out onto the skin's surface. This material is called sebum. Treatment includes small surgical opening into the skin and removing the sac (excision biopsy). But recurrence is quite common. I suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist after examination.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
