Small rows of bumps/blisters

I have 4 rows of these small bumps on my arm, they almost look like tiny blisters. They have been there for a few months now and aren't going away, there not red just flesh colored. They don't itch and there not painful. I have a few warts and had problems with warts on my hands n the past, but these don't seem like warts.  Any idea on what it is? starting to worry me.

I also have a few rows of bumps like those , but mine did itch, and I scratched, now they hurt. I am going to take a Benedryl to help sleep. I don't know what to do. Mine appeared after a day in the AZ heat, cutting down Mesquite trees. Any ideas?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These tiny blisters can be due to dermatitis skin or small warts. It can also be due to allergic contact dermatitis. Wash the area with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort. If they start itching take some oral antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin.

If the irritation and bumps persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Other possibilities need to be ruled out after a biopsy skin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
