new brown spots (maybe freckles) on my hand
Dear Doctor
recently I realized the appearance of many brownish small spots on my right hand (in the area between my thumb and fingers above my wrist). It developed so fast that their existent came as a surprise to me. first I assumed it might be some sort of allergic reaction but after 3-4 weeks it has remained just as I saw it the first time. I will also add a picture or two.
please tell me your opinion and whether I need to take this serious?
