Hello,
These blisters can be due to contact dermatitis, pompholyx( if it is itchy) and herpetic whitlow. Herpetic whitlow is a painful viral infection occurring on the fingers or around the fingernails and is caused by infection with the herpes simplex virus (HSV). My sincere advice would be to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Take it to your MD. Too many different "blistering rashes" look the same and he/she can have them tested, then prescribe something for them.
