Sudden Rash

I recently had a Pap Smear returned that was abornmal and with HPV infection.  Now I developing a rash on my neck, arms (inner crease), inner thighs and back of knees with intense itching  I have read that rashes can be a sign of cancer.  Is this a sign of cervical cancer?

No.

The Pap smear results mean that your doctor will do what's necessary to clean up your cervix.  The rash could be anything--a virus, a heat rash, eczema--but is surely not related to the Pap smear results.

I suggest you see your doctor so you can get a definite diagnosis and the reassurance you need.

Take care.
