Hi,
The joint pain could be due to a sudden excess of physical activity which your body is not accustomed to.
Do you other-wise involve yourself in sports and other forms of physical fitness?
if not then it is more than likely due to increased activity.
Just rest for a couple of days and apply any pain-killer gel on the knee joints. You are young and will bounce back pretty quick.
For the sun-burn try soothing lotions like calamine or you cold apply cold milk to take away the sting.
