Sweat rash gone wrong help!

Hi guys hope u can help me, it's quite worrying now.
I've had a sweat rash fOr a few months now around my groin and testicles. I used talc powder everytime I had a cool bath, I work long hours at a hospital so during the day I use lanacaine ainti chaff gel. Last month all the symptoms screamed prickly heat, I went to the doctor and he gave me a 1% clotrimazole cream, I follow this and applyed as instructed. I noticed the cream got rid of the red spots but not the rash, it also caused splits to occur so I stopped using the cream. I took a week of work and tried the canesten clotrimazole with hydrocortisone I'n. Withing a few days it was gone. But on the weekend after I went gym I had a itch on my groin, which I itched and now it'd flared up again. But this one is different it's equally as painful but it's secreating a yellow odourless ooze all around the rash and testicles. I can't put talc on it as the secretions make it useless as after 5 mins all the talc is gone due to to much wetness. I'm not overweight and I'm 22 please help I can't get a doctors appointment till next Friday. What can I do or use to stop this

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such rash can be due to intertrigo skin. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Yellow secretions sound like a secondary infection to me that is bacterial.

Look for a soap with tea tree oil in it.  Wash the area gently and blot dry twice a day.  Let it air dry completely, maybe with a fan blowing on you, before getting dressed.
