Symmetrical bumps on upper vermilion border
I have two bumps symmetrical from each other on my upper lip (vermilion border). They're red and raised I'm freaking out. They don't hurt but do tingle. Any ideas? I have had this tingly feeling on my vermilion border for the past two weeks. Also my bottom vermilion border feels scaly. I'm just desperate.
