Thigh Rash

Could anybody identify this rash? It's possible causes and treatment?
I've had rashs on this thigh now for over a year. I've tried getting medical health and have spent thousands, with no help whatsoever. Doctors just dismiss it as a minor problem and give me some moisturiser/antifugal/cortisone. I can't live with this anymore, I'm afraid that i might get to the point of just trying to burn it off

Hello,
It looks like dermatitis skin to me. The other possibility is of contact dermatitis. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Wash the skin with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid cream.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
