Tiny Red Bumps on on Top of Foot and Calves and now Forearms

I have tiny red itchy dots on the top of my feet and now they have moved farther up my calf and now they are on my arms and I don’t know what to do about them they came out of nowhere and have been on me for six weeks going once a week to a new location more covering my body. And they have never disappeared from where they started. The only thing I did differently was moved from Texas to Maryland and they started the very first day that I was in Maryland at my mothers house where I have been millions of times with no reaction to anything. I thought they were bug bites at first but they are not the closest thing they look like is chigger bite but they are way too small to be chigger bites and sugar bytes would not last this long. I thought they were fleas also but they are way too small they are about the size of a pinhead.

Was the move pretty stressful for you?  It could be a reaction to stress, but I'd really recommend getting to a doctor to have them take a look- they will be much more accurate with a diagnosis if they can do an in person exam and gather more of your medical history.
