Tiny bumps on upper lip, doesn't hurt, what is it?

I have tiny bumps on my upper lip, it doesn't hurt nor itch and it's not that visible unless you look closely at it. What could it be and how can I cure it?

Additional info:
I have a cold for more than a week and fever for 3 days, I'm currently taking antibiotics for my cold.

Try neem soap.  It may even help if it's cold sores (which would go along with your other viral symptoms).  Were you anywhere with a lot of kissing, like a funeral?  Stressed out people get their herpes outbreaks and then pass them around at events like funerals sometimes.
