Tiny red dots??????????

small red dots on my stomach - anyone know what this is?????

No Vanessa no known allergies, no scaling, can't see them anywhere else.  They are not raised or anything, just bright red tiny dots (three of them)  one just below my breast and another above my belly button and a third not far from that one.

They don't bother me at all it's just that I am intrigued.  I have had them for about three or four years now.

How old are you?
Do you have any known allergies, asthma or allergic rhinitis?
Any recent camping trips?
Any new soaps ,lotions or creams that you have recently used?
Are these dots painful or itchy?
Do they involve the hair follicles?
Any scaling or flaking of the skin?
Any other similar skin condition in other parts of the body and among family members?

I will appreciate it if you can expound on this more.
