Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% cream

Can I use the Triamcinolone cream on my  armpits? I have eczema but my skin is also very sensitive, a small minor irritation quickly turns into some ugly inflamed itching crisis. The deodorant I was wearing was irritating my armpit so i scratched a little, and now it itches more and more and is sore. :( I have this same probem anywhere on my skin. Was wondering if it was safe to use it around the genital area also. If i even wipe too much and irritate the skin like for example the labia will start to itch and I dont have a yeast infection or anything its just skin being irritated. I feel like I will lose my mind. Any help is appreciated.

Triamcinolone is a high potency steroid and should be used only after consulting a dermatologist. For such delicate areas, it is advisable to use mild steroids like hydrocortisone. Also ensure that you do not used steroids for long without a medical supervision as it can cause side effects like skin thinning, increased fragility, telangiectasia etc.
