Two pink circles on shins

About a year and a half ago I noticed a pink circle on both of my shins forming that have since not grown or gotten any bigger but stayed the same. There is no itching or raised skin its not dry or peeling nothing just a small pink circle on each of my shins there has also not been any trauma so I dont think these are scars. I have tried anti fungals, psoriasis medication and antibiotics and no change. Anyone have any idea what it could be. Oh and the doctor said it wasnt skin cancer so not to be worried.

This has been present for quite sometime already and there seems to be no changes in the appearance and character of this rash. This may not be something that you should be worried about. This may be a postinflammatory pigmentation especially if there were infections in the area before. Contact dermatitis may also be considered here. However, this does not seem to fit the picture of a dermatitis in the absence of itchiness and excoriations on the area.

Just continue to observe the skin condition. If there are associated joint pains, headaches and fever then you may need to have this assessed.
