Unknown Occurrence on Palm

I have had this on my hand for nearly a year and a half. I recently visited the dermatologist and they treated it like a wart but none of the treatment has worked to this point. I attempted picking it out but that seems to further damage my hand. Can somebody please tell me what this is and how to treat it.

Thanks for the comment,

It doesn't hurt unless I pick at it which is expected but it does actually grow into that sorta bump.

Does it hurt?  Does it grow, like into a cauliflower-ish bump?  Or is it always pitted or abscessed.

At first glance it seems like a wart, and keep in mind, they can be difficult to treat and may require more than one procedure to excise.
