Unusual patch of skin on penis

So, before the New Year I had been tested for std's all of them. They all came back negative. But the reason I had went was because I noticed some irregular skin on the side of my penis where I was circumcised. Also noticing from the line up the skin looks kind of dry not flaky and shriveled. She examined my penis and did not say anything about it. A few weeks later I received my results and everything was negative. A bit of relief!! Yet I still have this weird spot and sometimes it is discomforting. I've done a lot of research and cannot find anything like it. The only thing I can think of it might being is genital warts. But I may be wrong. At this point I am just worrying myself sick!!!
