Very Small White Spots on Skin

I'm 21 years old and very recently I noticed a flat small white spot on the surface of the skin, near the elbow that's no bigger than 1mm in diameter. I thought it was some random pigment problem at that spot but now I found an identical spot on my chest. What is this? I hope it's not anything serious.

So small loss of pigment is not serious, and occurs in iron deficiency.
