spider or scabie wound

my wife discovered a wound on her left shoulder. it had a pin hole, somewhat cratered. no pus or sensation of bite. it has been 36 hours no pain. there is redish coloration surrounding now, irregugular. no burrowings or itching. it is covered by healing skin now. three freckles related to the bite. the small pinhole has a recessed scabe. I was at a high risk place 6 months ago (massage parlor), I have experienced no infestation and have been inspected by a dermatologist for this. I had a carpenter mite remove a small piece of ear for camoflage, I bottled it along withe skin. I bottled it. I have eyelash mites and dermititis. we have 2 cats and a dog.

There is no such thing as  female scabie.  Scabies burrows are just a couple of millimeters long.

can a female scabie run up and down the bottom of your foot inside or do I have a tactile hallucination on my hands?  I was exposed in december.

A single lesion like the one you describe is probably an insect bite or picked hair follicle.  It does not sound like a scabies lesion, for too many reasons to list.  I advise you to have her apply an antibiotic like bacitracin or neosporin (both over-the-counter) and show it to a doctor if it gets bigger or doesn't go away in a few days.
