Vitiligo and small bump on testicals

I am a 22 or a little over a year now I have had these two white round spots, kind of oval shaped on my left testical, they are not very large maybe about the size of a bean. One is directly on the testical and the other is in the crease of my grown and testical. I also have small bumps that sometimes show up on my testicals that seem to look like sweat glands that may be swollen. I sweat a whole lot also, very athletic, and sexually active. Also I do seem t have itching on my testicals alot which I feel is normal seeing as I do sweat alot. Please give me some feedback on this. I just want to make sure I have no real issues to worry about. Thanks.

So what would cause white pigmentation spots on my testicles then? They do not itch, burn, or feel abnormal. It just feels like skin with a loss of pigmentation there. They have not grown or changed in anyway for almost a year and a half now. Should I be concerned or is it nothing to really worry about.

Hello,
From the symptoms definitely vitiligo needs to be ruled out. It is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body. Diagnosis can be confirmed by external examination, blood tests to check skin cell count  for melanocytes and biopsy of the skin patches.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

What about the small white skin spots. Would that most likely be vitiligo? They have been there over a year. Its only two of them and they are about the size of the tip of my pinky.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like irritated hair follicles due to sweating and rubbing in the area. Avoid using any lotions and creams for the meantime. Use a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Also use cotton clothes and change the clothes twice if there is any increased sweating. Try keeping the skin free of sweat as far as possible. If the symptoms still persist then you can apply Neosporin. For the itching antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin can be taken.

In case the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
