Vulval Dermatitis?

I have eczema was was diagnosed with Vulval Dermatitis. My doctor told me to use cortisone or Vagisil. About 4 days ago, I wasn't itchy anymore and I haven't shaved in a month and it felt like my pubic hair was poking me and getting snagged on my clothing so I shaved. Last night, I got really itchy and as much as I resisted.. I literally scratched myself on my labia majora (there's one on each side, but it's towards my labia minora, not on top, almost on the moist part but hair still grows there and I also have a small scratch next to my vagina opening). Due to these little scratches, it burns like a mother when I pee. My urethra DOES NOT hurt when I pee, it's when the urine gets on these cuts. I do NOT have any of the following: infections, STDs, discharge, smells. I heard that the urine actually helps clean out the scratches. What can I do to help heal the cuts? Vaseline? Neosporin?

Thank you. They're slowly healing. It doesn't hurt when I urinate anymore.
