What Could This Be?

by concerned1976, Mar 22, 2006 12:00AM
I have noticed approx 15 - 20 small white patches and bumps under the skin on the shaft of my penis. They are only on the top and left/right side. Only a couple are raised, but they all vary from white to light pink in color. They do not hurt, burn, or itch at all. They do not ooze or bleed. I have no pain when urinating and no other unusual symptoms. They have been there for almost 3 months. I am just trying to figure out what this could be. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I think these are cysts.  They look just like what you describe, and are often found on the shaft of the penis.  Show them to a doctor next time you go, and then forget about them.

Take care.

these could be just a normal variation(hypertrophied sebaceous glands) called pearly penile papules. Just Google it.

hey there. Ive had this constant itch around my anus for the longest time and i have o Idea what it is. I went to the doctor and he said that it could be a fungus so he gave me this corticosteroid cream or something like that. Anyways i really want to get rid of this thing. Its usually a constant itch, it starts of really minimal in the morning , but then when i get home it gets a little worse. The cream my doctor gave me seems to be working but ive been using it for about 2 months now. Its gotten better and isnt half as bad as it used to be. The doctor gave me 60 mg of this stuff and i still have 2 and a half tubes of it left. Please give me a hand with what this could be.

i am 19 years old......i have recently developed a red circular rash on my FACE that looks like ringworm but i KNOW its not......i had gone to the doctor and was treated for strep throat on 4/12/2006......they gave me a shot of anti-infamitory and prescribed me OMNICEF......as far back as i can remember i have never had any allergies to ANY medications what-so-ever....the next day i went to the dentist because of horrible pains.....they couldnt do anything because of infections so she prescribed me penicillin and 800 mg of ibuprofen.....i've been on BOTH of those from the dentist before for about 4/5 years so i have a feeling it cant possibly be that, i even told them that i was on OMNICEF before they prescribed penicillin and ibuprofen so it wouldnt be a problem.... THe called the doctor and told her and she said it was because i am mixing antibiotics and my body shouldnt have that many in my system, etc.

In which case i will stop takin the OMNICEF (like they said) and continue with the penicillin and so forth.....IN CONCLUSION this rash was at first just one  and then another on the other side of my face as well........then they spread and kinda of look like hives.... now i just have red circular rashes SLIGHTY raised above the skin all over my face.....ive used almost EVERYTHING to get rid of it after i read about side effects or reactions...

PLEASE HELP!
concerned (soon to be military baby!
thanks a lot!!!!
