What Kind Of Rash is THIS Scabies ? HELP PLEASE!

What kind of rash is this ... i went to the doctors and got lotion for scabies ... i had scabies b4 about 2 years ago not sure if i have it again ... please help i have it on my elbow , on my right hand knuckle , 1 by my waist line and thats it , it started with 1 bump for a week now its spreading HELP .. here are some pics ..
