My head and public hair are itchy
I'm 17 years old male. I have a skin problem from last 1 year. In my scalp and near genitals(hair part) has itching problem. Sometimes some kind of liquid came out of there. I took medicines from a doctor which gave relief but for a month only and then itching problem started again. Some rashes are also seen on that part.
Please help me.
