What are these dark patches of skin?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out what these dark patches of skin might be. They are not dry, and are smooth. I'm unsure exactly how long I have had them. I do think I remember seeing them before some time ago, but it wasn't as big. I will supply pictures below.
