Please help! Penis Rash + Bumps going on 6 weeks

Hello

For six weeks now I've had a rash around the shaft of my penis. I think it was from masturbating one night after I had applied 100& tea tree oil to some acne on my face, and not washed my hands properly. The rash also had about six tiny bumps at the exact centre the underside of my penis. I have seen numberous doctors about this and have been prescribed, zinc oxide, a mix of canestan and hydroval, and have also been told to keep moisterizing it with hand creme. I also developed an inflammed prostate in the time that this was all happening and have an abcess near my anus that is painless. The rash is still present as well as the bumps that seem to come and go through out the day. From barely visible to more prominent, but they are tiny in size. Ive been tested for chlymidia gonnerhia and a bunch of bacterial things. Does anybody have any insight on this??

Hello,
Irritant contact dermatitis or allergies cannot persist for so long.It can be either of the possibilities that I have mentioned above.

I hope it helps.Take care and regards.

oh one more thing,
have you had any experience with NEAT (%100) tea tree oil?
I've read multiple things online about even a ten percent application can cause irritation.
Is it likely for a skin irritation to act out this bad? i.e rash where i touched myself for 6 weeks, and the bumps? Its the most likely situation in my mind but when It's my manhood I'm dealing with its not hard to start thinking out of the box.

Hi thank you very very much for the information.
My main concern, like everyone, was genital herpes, but about 8 doctors have looked at it and immediately said "thats not herpes". It's hard to be reassured with all the anxiety I have. The only other thing that would kind of "really suck" would be HPV warts but I honestly think I could deal with that alot easier than HSV. Thanks again for the info and I will definitely keep this thread updated. Thank you.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
