What exactly do genital warts look like?

I noticed on my penis an area of skin that is very slighty raised when the penis is erect.  It's located on the underside, up near the top.  When it's flacid, the area it's in kind of folds back like an accordian so it's not really noticable as that entire region is all folded up.

The area in question is the same colour as the surronding area and doesn't itch and isn't moist.  I've seen pictures of warts on hands and feet and it doesn't look like those but I wasn't sure what exactly genital warts looked like.  I've only just noticed it but then again I never really examined that area until recently.  Do genital warts look like those you see on hands/feet?  Do genital warts spread all over the place or would it just be localised to one area?

Im not quite sure what they are, but on my scrotem i have small white things. A bit like spots people get on there face. I have squezzed one to see what it was and the same stuff came out that comes out whne you pop a spot on your face. There are quite a some are only slightly white, and some more... what are they..?

i have these little thing's like piples on my penis.they don't hurt and i am not sure what they are.i can only see them when my penis is erect.someone please tell me if they are genital warts.they are very small.i am totaly freaked out.i hope they arent.

I have an itchy patch of red bumbs( a few look like they have clear fluid inside) right where the V below my belly button begins.  I have only had protected sex, and am usually very careful.  Should I be worried that these are some sexually transmitted disease, or could they just be heat rash or an allergic reaction?  I am very worried.
