Having Fever and Cough and some black spots.

From last 4 days, I'm experiencing headache, pain in the legs, fever with chills and some black spots on my hand. It started ehen I felt that while breathing, I'm feeling dust in my neck. I took a torch and I found a black spot in my neck too. There was some phelgum in the neck's walls. Since then, some , some black spots on my hand and palms came out. I had fever, with coughs. And after taking medicines, condition is staying the same.

Sounds like it's time to get to a doctor to have them check you out- you have a lot going on and a doctor should give you an in person exam and gather your medical history so they can treat the condition properly.
