Hello,
It is less likely to be herpes as I had told you earlier. Most probably it looks like urethritis but we need to confirm the diagnosis by a microscopic examination of the swab sample.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Thank you so much for your comment!! No I do not have any blisters, sores, bumps , my penis just sting and tingles, and itchy after my encounter with the female that gave me oral. So hopefully it will be treatable, But based on your experience you would rule out genital herpes??? I will keep you inform. Thank you for caring =D
Hello,
It is good that your STD panel has come out clear. However the symptoms do not sound like herpes. Most individuals have no or only minimal signs or symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal.
One possibility to be ruled out is of urethritis. In urethritis, besides pain, other symptoms may include a burning sensation during urination or erection and a discharge from the urethral opening at the tip of the penis.
I feel that you should consult a urologist and get a swab sample of the urethra examined under the microscope. It will clear any doubts. Treatment will depend on confirmation of diagnosis.
