What is this bright red lesion that's been on my upper lip for 4 months?

Hi, I originally thought this was a cold sore forming. A red lesion appeared on my upper lip, 75% of it above my lip. I am just barely getting by as it is noticeable but not from far away.. It's been here for four months. It has been completely painless. After 7 days of having it a little pus came out and I thought it was a pimple,  but four months later and it is still here.
Treatments tried: Alcohol pads and pure aloe vera gel. Benzoyl peroxide. Acne.org facewash program, cocunut oil, PURE oregano oil diluted with cocunut oil. I've tried tea tree oil. I also made a mix cleanser of almond oil, tea tree and coconut oil. I recently thought it might be sebarreic dermatitis which I'm assuming is a fungal infection. PERSONAL PART: I have noticed in the past 6 months I've had white pustulles attached to my anal hair. I had sex with a girl that had a yeast infection and am assuming that the yeast attached to me as I am a hairy man. This may be unrelated but coincidental. Besides that I am a very clean person and exercise frequently. I have posted pictures. This red lesion is painless and has been here for over 4 months it seems like. Does anybody have any ideas? My primary care physician does not know what it is and her recommended treatment did not work. (Acne alcohol pads and pure aloe vera gel) ANY IDEAS?!

Additional treatment attempted: 1 part Lotrimin and 1 part Hydrcortisone twice a day on affected area and Nizoral shampoo in shower. It's been 5 days on that, no effect. I will post the pictures on my profile since I can't figure out how to post in the forum.

Also: I use facial cleansers with salycylic acid and glycolic acid frequently with no effect.
