What is this?Help,please!

Skin on hands has tiny halls,itchy,burning,painful feeling.skin never heals and us easy to peel of, under is like jiggers halls, just tinny.Bin to 2 doctors they don't know what is this and creams they gave don't help nothing,I'm afraid 3rst won't help me either. Now its taking over my feet to.only palms of hands and feet affected.I wish I cud add photos.

So sorry about the skin condition you are dealing with- it sounds miserable. Skin conditions do seem really hard for doctors to diagnosis because there are so many different types of things that can cause issues. Have you been to a dermatologist specifically?
