White Raised Itchy Rings on Hands & Feet

Hi, recently I've been getting VERY itchy spots on my skin, and the more I itch them (or sometimes even without itching) they get raised and either become white rings or other shapes (see image).  At first they appeared on my right hand and were in every spot that my phone touches when I text.  I assumed it was my phone case so I took it off and am just using it without the case (HTC ONE metal and glass).  I have no known allergies, no latex allergy or anything.  I work in retail and I can't really think of anything that might cause this other than ring worms, bacteria, or contact dermatitis of some sort.  So far this is about the 6th day with symptoms and they change daily (spot locations do).  They are now on the bottoms of my feet and itch like crazy.  So far I have been using Cortizone 10 with minor success.  I have found that applying the ointment then wrapping my hands so that nothing irritates them works well but I'd like to know the cause of this.

I too have this. Started in 2014 but noticed I only get them in the summertime. So wondering if it's some seasonal contact allergy? I get the itchy white rings on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. The ones on my feet swell and become so painful to walk on! I had blood tests done in 2014 when I first noticed them and they all came back normal. I am otherwise healthy, have several skin allergies though. Like to perfumes and metals. The only medication I take is birth control. 23 female. My mom has mild psoriasis so maybe it is another form of that? I know it runs in families. Just can't find an answer to this! I'll also add the these started popping up during a very stressful period in my life. Could it be stressed-induced eczema?

Possibly palmo-plantar- "Erythema multiforme minor", relating to a virus. Should settle in a couple of weeks. Do consult doc.

Hey, I just posted a comment but I didnt see it show up so sorry if this shows up twice.. but I've recently started having this happen to my hands and feet.  I've started using all hypoallergenic shower products, to no avail.. It's been going on for about a week or so and I was wondering if you have found out any further information on what it is, what causes it, and what can stop it from coming back.. any and all information is greatly appreciated :)

It seems to be an allergic reaction to the new version of Axe's "Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" but I'm not 100% sure I'll be doing some patch testing on this over the next month.  More news and updates to come.
