Hello,
Without examination it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis, but it sounds like sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst is a closed sac or cyst and fills with a fatty white, semi-solid material called sebum produced by sebaceous glands of the epidermis. It is usually painless but can become painful if infected. They have to be excised surgically or by cryotherapy or laser.
Other possibility is of molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral infection of the skin in which flesh-colored, dome-shaped, and pearly lump appears. The best method of treatment of molluscum is excision, cautery, cryosurgery by liquid nitrogen and laser removal.
I sincerely advise you consult a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.
