White puss evolving from small red dots??

I had protected sex with someone that has Genital herpes. She was not having an outbreak. But the condom slipped off the last 2-3 minutes I would guess. 12 days later I noticed down by my pubic hair area a tiny white pustule. I scraped it away it was white and very tiny amount of puss, maybe watery. Then there was a red dot beneath it that you can barely see that faded away fast. I was getting a lot of oral sex and masturbating a lot at that time too. Then a week later another red dot, NO BUMP, apeared at the top of my penis skin away from the hair and it turned into puss. I scaped it away and went to the doctorthat morning he looked at my red dot and said it did not look like herpes. Then the red dot faded away in a day or two. This happened again on the side of my penis again I went to an STD doctor and he said it was ingrown hair but I did not see where a hair would be as it was not near my hair. I have noticed more and more these single small red dots that look like they could be coming out of those small glans on my penis I do not see them when I get erect and sometimes they do not turn into pustules? However these pustules look white, somtimes look shiny and go away FAST? 24-48 hours. I just had another one that started out like a red spot then faded to a red dot then became a pustule and when I showered and washed it went away? I have red hair and very sensitve skin also but I have never noticed these before. Is this a symptom of Herpes. Should i have gotten him to do a culture? Why do they keep coming back? What do you recommend on these new HSV 2 Blood Tests do they tell you anything? Should I get a blood test? Should I go back to the doctor again when I notice these puss spots on red dots. They are not bumps, they do not hurt, they do not itch, but maybe I am wiping them away to fast for them to be a blister?

They do not sound like herpes.  They go away too fast, etc.  They may be small clogged follicles.  I advise you not to scrape them away.  Instead, treat them with 1% hydrocortisone.  If that makes them go right away, you have your answer.  If you ever get herpes, you'll get a clsuter of blisters that lasts a week or more.  If you get bumps that don't leave, you should show a doctor, but the exams you've had should be enough for now.

Take care.

Owe I forgot the red dots are usually the size of a pen. The puss is usually very tiny amount like a pin needle size amount. Sometimes they are real ***** sometimes they are just slimy white.
