What could these lumps be?

I have a couple lumps in my mouth that I am worried about. I have had one of them for about 1 year, and it has stayed the same size with no changes. The other I just noticed about a week ago. They move under my skin and are painless, no coloration or anything to them and I can only feel them with my finger or tongue. I feel fine and there are no other symptoms. I am just wanting to know what they possibly could be. I am in the process of making a dental appointment soon. Thanks!
