acne on the scalp

Hello. For the past couple years i have had an itchy scalp and very oily and  i get acne all over sometimes big red bumps like pimples under the skin. I also have bold spots that come and go all over my scalp. I dont know what it could be and i'd like to know if you can help me out what can i do to stop it?

Hello,
The sore spots on scalp can be due to infected hair follicles and the bald spots can be due to fungal infections.Keep your scalp clean by regular washing and use a mild shampoo without conditioners.Also consult a dermatologist and get fungal infections or tinea capitis ruled out.
