scar permanent?

I had a small genital wart removed in the end of april, it was only one and being it was so little my derm. suggested we burn it off real quick, i let the area scab and i never picked at it, the scab eventually fell off while showering and left a little white circle where the wart once was, i have been puttin neosporin on the area twice a day since, i was wondering if this white area is permenant or will it eventually go back to my normal skin tone, is there anything that can speed up my process or is time my best medicine, i know it can take a while i was just wondering if its a permanent scar

Time is the best medicine.  Light burning of the kind you describe will rarely cause permemnt scarring or pigment change of any kind.  It may take weeks to months for the color to come back, though, but your waiting is likely to be rewarded.

sorry but i forgot to ask will having sex only delay the healing process being as though sex causes that area to be rubbed against? or having sex does nothing to the area? thank you
