    i had a belly Piercing  i think it got infected the ring  felt and a little ball got formed were i had the pierced it also happen in my ears a little ball appears

This is known as pyogenic granuloma,may need antibiotic.

Hello,
From the symptoms,it sounds like epidermoid cyst which is infected.It is a benign cyst usually found on the skin.It can also be caused by a blocked pore adjacent to a body piercing.

Surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.I would suggest a dermatologist’s evaluation.
