Warts, herpes, molluscum?

Hello,

I find this site very helpful to people out there confused about symptoms on sexual health. I am fairly new to this and hopeful someone can help me with my symptoms.

Okay, three days ago I noticed what looked like little bumps or skin tags or warts I don't what it may be, on my scrotum.  I couldn't notice the lesions only if I stretch the scrotum skin out.  One was fairly bigger than the other one.  They looked kind of red but they did not hurt if I touched them,  I went over the larger one with my finger and I felt it smooth.  I started to kind of pick at the larger one and clear fluid started to come out.  I immediately cleaned it off with antibacterial soap and put bacitracin on it.  After cleaning it, it look like the bump was still there but no sore was created.  It's been three days now and it just looks like a pinkish bump.  It still kind of oozes clear fluid if I pick at it but again still no sore.  I have no pain when I shower they just hurt if I pick at it.  Base on my symptoms, could this be an indication of either herpes, genital warts?? I've read a lot that genital warts don't ooze clear fluid but herpes does.  But the lesion I have on my scrotum is not an open sore but rather a bump.  I have had molluscum contagious but I don't remember if they looked the same from that on my penile shaft so I am very confused.  
Five days after the initial findings of the bumps the bumps look like they got really dry or scabbed i couldnt quite tell.  
Today 12/1612:  i showered and cleaned the area with antibacterial soap and checked the bumps.  they look a little smaller than before but i can only see them if i stretch the scrotum skin out and they look pink.  They only turn red or pinkish when i touch them but again they never turned into an open sore only leaked clear fluid once when i picked at it.  It's been a week since I've noticed these bumps.
I don't know if this helps, but I was diagnosed with molluscum on january and I had some on my scrotum and penile shaft but for some reason these look different or I can't remember how molluscum looks like.
My dermatologist can't book me in his schedule until late January so I need immediate answers on this confusion.  What can this be??

hi tyler i read your medical problem let me see if i can but some light on the subject,first i dont think its herpies,i have the virus it looks like blisters and then brake open and then become very painful and there pretty much all over your private parts and can be in the anal area and inside, you will no if you have herpies,what u can do for now is bath in sea salt,apple cider vinger or clear vinger set the the water to a warm water and how much you think the strenth of what you deside this should help heal the soars and help the itch feeling if you have some hope this helps,fallow up with your doctor
